Shipping & Delivery


Prices listed herein do not include shipping. Delivery is by UPS ground transportation unless otherwise specified in writing by the customer. Ship date refers to the date the item is available for shipping from Insta Crystal. If air freight is required to meet a specific delivery date, please advise in writing with order placement. We assume no responsibility or liability for carrier delays. Signature will be required on all deliveries unless requested otherwise and is done so at the risk of the receiver.

Split Shipments

Shipments to multiple addresses will have additional drop shipping charges. Individual shipments will be charged based on their freight cost, plus a packaging and handling fee per location. Shipping labels, or Excel spreadsheet ship list should be provided at the time of order. While we will make every attempt to detect and correct invalid addresses, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of addresses provided by the customer.

Damages & Breakage

Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the products, damage may still occur. All claims for damages must first be made with the carrier. If Insta Crystal had provided shipping, we will process claims on your behalf, and will credit your account when the carrier credits us. The customer must retain all packaging materials and items for inspection by the carrier, do not discard any part of the shipment. Photographs must be provided to Insta Crystal. You must notify us within 48 hours of damaged goods.

Carrier Type

We ship all courier orders via UPS Ground service or via FedEx Ground on request. Other UPS or FedEx services are available upon customer request. Please contact Customer Service for service availability and specifics.
Other carrier services can be arranged upon customer request. There is an additional pickup charge of $12 per shipment for FedEx Ground. Any pickup charges will be charged to the customer, and the customer bears all responsibility for loss, damage and/or the requested carrier’s failure to meet their service commitments. Please note that all shipments require a signature, and any arrangement between the courier and the customer to deliver without a signature is done so strictly at the risk of the receiver.
